Shipping Policy

Production Time

For every items we sell, is produced after customers place an order, in order to avoid any waste or over-production.

Therefore, there will be some production time before items are sent out. 
Normally it takes 3-5 business days for the production process. 

Once the production is done, we will send out your order as soon as possible.
And, at the same time, you will receive a notification email, including the tracking number.

Our trusted courier partner, 4PX & YunExpress, will handle the delivery process. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 6 to 12 days.

Wrong Address or Information Entered

If an order is placed and the address entered at checkout is incorrect, Art of Socks is not responsible for the delivery or the fees associated with having the package re-routed (if applicable).

Customers are responsible for double-checking the address to which your order is shipped.
If the order does not make it to your destination due to the error in address, we are not responsible for a replacement to be mailed.

Also, do not have your package mailed to an address if the address is temporary.
In some cases, packages may take several weeks to arrive. If you vacate the delivery address prior to receiving the package, we are not responsible for any fees to receive the package again or for a replacement to be mailed out.

Lost or Stolen Items

Once orders have left our warehouse, Art of Socks cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If you’re having trouble tracking a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carrier for assistance.

We will ensure that all of our items will be checked by our quality control and then safely packed.
However, as we cannot control the delivery process, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Incorrect Items Received

Although we try to pack every order correctly, mistakes happen.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please email us at info@artofsocks.shop and provide us with an image of the item received and your order number.

DO NOT open any items that you believe are incorrect. An opened item may be rejected for exchange or credit, even if incorrectly mailed/received.

Change Items or Cancel Order after Purchase is made

Since all of our items are produced after purchase is made, we CANNOT accept customers to cancel or change their order afterwards.

Returns or refund are not accepted for reason just because customers changed their mind.
Customers will be responsible to ensure all the orders’ information and details they entered are correct, and will be seen as accepting our shipping policy once they place an order.
