Cancellation and Order Changes

Due to our “made to order” process, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order after purchase. Each item is specially crafted personally for you, making it unique and unable to be returned to stock.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Provide your order details, reason for the return or refund, and any relevant photos if applicable. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if needed.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
